For in-store purchases, all sales are non-refundable but may be exchanged within 5 business days of the original purchase date, provided items are returned unworn, in perfect condition and with all original tags attached.

If you have just received your online order and are unsatisfied or unhappy with it, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any unopened or unworn full priced items to us for a refund. Sale items purchased in-store or online that are discounted by more than 50% are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds for returned items will exclude shipping costs.

All items must be returned in perfect condition with no damages or markings. Returns must be sent back appropriately packaged with all wrapping and tags intact, and in the condition that you would expect to receive an item in. Items returned in an unacceptable condition will not be refunded.

Please be careful not to get perfume, make-up or deodorant on items that you are returning.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and whether your refund is approved or not. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the transaction to be processed and refunded to your card.
