If you have just received your order and are unsatisfied or unhappy with it, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any unopened or unworn full priced items to us for a refund. Please note all items must be in perfect condition with no damages or markings. The returns must be sent back to us in an appropriate manner with all packaging intact including the wrapping and tags, and in the condition that you would expect to receive an item in. Items returned in an unacceptable condition will NOT be refunded.

Please note refunds for returned items will exclude shipping costs.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and whether your refund is approved or not. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the transaction to be processed and refunded to your card.
